  • Cancellation policy

    In case of cancellation, for whatever reason, the hotel must receive the annulment notice at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. If the guest does not inform to the hotel as specified one (1) night room rate will be charged.


    In the event of no show, the entire advanced payment/deposit will be forfeited automatically and intended full length of stay will be charged.

  • Policies on children and additional beds

    Children aged 12 years and below, sharing bed with adult will be accommodated on a complimentary basis maximum 1 child per room.


    Meals will be charged at 50% to prevailing meal rates to the child six year to twelve year.


    Extra Breakfast will be charged USD 12.00.
